About N-CTRL Technology Services

N-CTRL, LLC was formed from one persons desire to help Small and medium businesses control their technology hassles and frustrations. With a mix of experieince running a business and technical background founded N-CTRL, LLC in 2005. The name N-CTRL was selected as the foundation of what he believes in; Helping businesses get in control of their PCs.

N-CTRL specializes in helping companies protect their computer and data by offering flat fee pricing plans. Managed service plans provide many benefits over the traditional break fix service.

  • Cost Savings on hardware and software by planning strategic upgrades and projects
  • Increased uptime and productivity
  • 24x7 active monitoring of your systems
  • Data protection
  • Automated optimization

Businesses owners who are new to this approach to technology often initially think the monthly costs are overwhelming. In the traditional break fix approach business owners would only call their IT service providers when there was an problem. Managed Services allows N-CTRL to be "onsite" virtually 24 hours a day. It's like having a full time technician on staff for a quarter of the costs. This gives your business an added layer of protection. By monitoring the systems 24x7 we can help prevent most problems before they happen or keep them from turning into a major disaster.
